ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's petition No.6060235 dated 28.08.2023, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner seeks for correction of his UDR patta. For the said purpose, the petitioner had given a representation on 28.08.2023 to the second respondent along with the supporting documents to correct his UDR patta. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 4 to 6, notice to respondents 4 to 6 is dispensed with. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2023 seeking to correct the UDR patta is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, based on the petitioner's representation within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2023 seeking for correction of UDR patta as prayed for in the said representation, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
