the 2nd respondent on 07.08.2017. The second respondent by his proceedings dated 30.07.2018, has dismissed the appeal. Challenging the dismissal order of the second respondent dated 30.07.2018, the petitioner preferred a revision before the first respondent on 10.09.2018. Now, the grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said revision is still pending before the first respondent.
