ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.03.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C, in Crime No.48 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on the date of occurrence the deceased travelled with the defacto complainant and when the deceased alone was going to his home, the petitioner along with other accused said to have attacked the deceased and caused serious head injuries to him and the deceased succumbed to the injuries on the spot itself. It is alleged that the deceased and the petitioner are relatives and there was some property dispute between them, due to which the petitioner along with accused said to have murdered the deceased. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in the confession statement recorded from the petitioner, she himself admits that due to property dispute, the petitioner and other accused entered into a criminal conspiracy and murdered the deceased. 5.Taking note of the confession statement recorded from the petitioner and also considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
