Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-State.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.06.2014, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.213 of 2016 and the same was closed on 03.06.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
