ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The mother of the petitioner is before this court seeking a direction to the respondent for the production of her missing daughter - Miss.Santhi, aged about 19 years.

2. The detenue - Santhi, aged about 19 years, is present today. On enquiry, she has informed us that she is willing to go with her mother, the petitioner herein. However, from the interaction with her, there appears to be pending issue between the detenue and one Prakash. Thus, we deem it appropriate to direct both the detenue and the said Prakash to appear before the District Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Salem District, on 23.07.2019 since both are hailing from the very same District namely, Salem District.

3. In the result, This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above directions.
