ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus forbearing respondents 3 to 7 from surveying the subject property based on the objections given by the petitioners.

2.When the matter came up for hearing on 01.04.2025, this Court directed the learned Additional Government Pleader to take instructions and to ascertain as to whether any application was submitted seeking for survey of the subject property.

3/5 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader based on the written instructions received from the Tahsildar, Edapadi submitted that an application was submitted by the private respondents seeking for the survey of the subject property and when the survey was attempted to be conducted, the petitioners objected to the same on the ground that a suit is pending before the competent Civil Court. In view of the same, the 3 rd respondent has taken a decision not to proceed further with the survey.

4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 03-04-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes ssr
