2. The Petitioner would aver that due to administrative formalities such as obtaining an opinion from their panel advocate and thereafter placing the matter before the Appeal Committee for obtaining approval, delay of 2326 days occurred in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3. Accepting the averments made in the petition, this petition shall stand allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- payable in favour of High Court Legal Services Authorities, Chennai on or before 24.03.2026. Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
