2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police stated the investigation has been completed based on the statements of the witnesses and the medical report. The final report been filed for the offence under Section 294(b) which alone is made out from the evidence collected.
3. He further stated that the final report was filed through e-filing on 12.04.2024 in SR.No.20230000380C202400017.
4. In view of the above facts, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
