The relief sought in this application is to permit the applicant/petitioner to amend the petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 also in the affidavit in support of the said petition in the short cause title, long cause title and wherever the name of the petitioner is mentioned as Shriram City Union Finance Limited to Shriram Finance Limited as specified in the details of amendment appended to the application.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Application, this Application is ordered as prayed for. The learned counsel for the applicant/applicant is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the short cause title, long cause title and wherever, the name of the petitioner is mentioned as Shriram City Union Finance Limited to Shriram Finance Limited as specified in the details of amendment appended to the application, within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.
