Petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent herein to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 20.06.2019, regarding grant of Selection Grade to the post of Head Constable with effect from 07.01.2010 on par with his batchmates and to re-fix the pensionary benefits.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the material documents available on record.
3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1st Respondent herein to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
hearing to the Petitioner, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
