The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the Respondent to enquire investigate and register the complaint dated 05.05.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that on the complaint dated 05.05.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 16.03.2015. According to the petitioner, three withdrawal slips have been used for transferring his money from the account of the petitioner to the another account. In this regard, the respondent police have enquired with the Bank Manager, who has stated that on 22.02.2014, the petitioner himself had given withdrawal slips and transfer was effected. Therefore, the complaint given by the petitioner was closed by the respondent police. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the Branch manager, he is at liberty to lodge a complaint to the higher official for enquiry and during the enquiry, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

if any offence is made out, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint.
