Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and dispose the Community Certificate Appeal vide Na.Ka.No.36983/C1- dated 24.01.2019 on merits within the stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

[Order was delivered by R.SUBBIAH,J] The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and dispose the Community Certificate Appeal vide Na.Ka.No.36983/C1- dated 24.01.2019 on merits within the stipulated time.

2.The petitioner has applied for Community Certificates for their family members, viz., his wife, two children and himself. They belonged to backward community and caste Reddy (Ganjam). But the said petition was rejected by the second respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the appeal has been filed. The said appeal was preferred as early as on 19.11.2018, but till date, the same was not disposed of.

3.Considering the submissions, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the said appeal, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
