The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the Respondent to register the complaint dated 29.01.2015 covered under CSR No.17 of 2015 given by the petitioner against the accused namely, G.Seshasayee.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On the complaint dated 29.01.2015 given by the petitioner, the Petition Enquiry in CSR No.170 of 2015 was conducted and the complaint was referred for enquiry to the Social Welfare Officer.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Social Welfare Officer has submitted a report, wherein it is stated that there is 'no dowry demand'.
5. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the Social Welfare Officer's report to the petitioner so that the petitioner would take action in accordance with law.
