ORDER

The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that though the order has been passed dismissing the statutory revision petition filed by the petitioner under 128 of The Tamil Nadu Cooperatives Societies Rules, 1988, the order has not so far been communicated to the petitioner by the respondent.

2. Mr.C.Prakasam, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has invited the attention of this court to the letter of the respondent dated 12.02.2013 wherein it is stated among other things that the said order has already been communicated to the counsel on record. However, the fact remains that the counsel on record has not received any such order and he has immediately sent a reply notice dated 17.09.2014 to the respondent requesting him to furnish a copy of the said order. Since he has not been favoured with any response, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.

2. Heard Ms.T.P.Savitha, the learned Government Advocate who accepts notice for the respondent.

This court taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances, directs the respondent to communicate the order passed on the statutory revision filed by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
