This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.134 of 2015 in O.S.No.22 of 2005 dated 22.07.2015 on the file of the District Munsif, Udhagamandalam.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the main suit itself was disposed of. Since the matter has been settled by way of compromise memo between the parties, nothing survives in this case.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
