The petitioner seeks bail in respect of Crime No.6 of 2020 registered against him under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act.

2. Earlier an application has been filed by the petitioner seeking bail, was dismissed by this Court on 04.03.2020 on the ground that the investigation is at the initial stage.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is at budding stage. If the petitioner is enlarged on bail, it would hamper the investigation.

3. In view of the same, this bail petition is dismissed. 15.04.2020 vum
