The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the Respondent to register the complaint dated 18.03.2015 and further direct them to carry out investigation and to take all further appropriate action in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. For the same cause of action, on the complaint lodged by one Dr.Ranjith, Chitturi, the Respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.5 of 2015 under Section 5 of TANPID Act and Section 420 IPC. The petitioner herein is also one of the victims and his complaint will be treated as 161 Statement.
