JUDGEMENT Mr.Jayaprakash learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the parties to the litigation namely Meena/the Appellant, Usha Chandrasekaran/first respondent and Poonkodi/fifth respondent along with mother Sevetha had alienated the property in favour of one Samuel Chandrasekaran, the husband of the first respondent. Therefore, no further adjudication is necessary, since the parties have sold their shares in favour of Samual Chandrasekaran and proof thereof, Mr.R.Jayaprakash has produced a registered sale deed in Document No.7448 of 2023 dated 06.11.2023.
2. In view of the above, second appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petition is closed.
