The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the respondent to register a complaint dated 26.11.2016 subsequent remainder dated 22.02.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been closed on 18.12.2017 as 'civil in nature' .
