ORDER

After despatching private notice as per order dated 17.03.2026, the applicant has filed affidavit of service dated 30.03.2026 stating that notices were served on the first address of the first respondent and on the second and third respondents at the sole address specified in the cause title. The acknowledgment cards enclosed with the affidavit corroborate the statement made therein. In spite of service of notice, the respondents are not represented. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of cross examination of the respondents' witness. She adverts to minutes of proceedings and e-mails in this regard.

2. Considering the stage of arbitral proceedings, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal is extended by a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
