ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 28.04.2014 made in M.P.No.2 of 2014 in W.P.No.12208 of 2014, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. By order dated 13.02.2015 the 2nd respondent/ contemnor has been directed to be present before this court on 26.02.2015. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order in the miscellaneous petition has been complied with by the respondents. He has also produced a Xerox copy of the proceedings issued by the Dean, Government Thiruvarur Medical College and Hospital, Thiruvarur in Rc.No.2055/S3/2014 dated 15.12.2014.

3. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
