This petition is filed to condone the delay of 80 days in filing the above said appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no serious objections in allowing the above application.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also the fact that the respondent has no serious objections in allowing the present petition, the delay of 80 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
