(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 136 days in filing the appeal.

2.Notice had been directed to the respondents, notice had been served and counsel had entered appearance.

3.In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that the records of the MCOP were misplaced during transits. Consequently, a fresh copy application was filed and the records were forwarded to the counsel for drafting the appeal. In this process, there has been a delay of 136 days.

4.In view of the reasons stated, the delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order. Registry may also print the name of the counsel for the respondents in the cause list when the appeal is posted for admission.
