ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.NO.3957 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instruction, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court vide its order dated 19.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3957 of 2025.

3. In view of the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.3957 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025 is modified, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required for the interrogation. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 19.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3957 of 2025 shall remain unaltered. Page No.2 of 4

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered, and the condition is modified.
