ORDER

The claimant before the arbitral tribunal has applied for an extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal. Ms.Madhuri Negi, learned counsel, accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2.

2. Both learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submit that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of oral arguments of the claimant being heard.

3. Considering the stage of arbitral proceedings, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal is extended by a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This application is allowed on these terms. 17-03-2026 RNA
