This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.789 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28298 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025 that the petitioners appear before the respondent police, every first Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28298 of 2024 by the order dated 22.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.789 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28298 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025 is relaxed.
