This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation and file the final report within a stipulated time in Crime No.677 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thanipadi Police Station, Thiruvannamalai District.

2.Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.677 of 2021 will be completed soon and the respondent will be able to file the final report within a period of six months.

3.Recording the same, direction is issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.677 of 2021, pending on his file and file the final report within a period of six months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
