ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16650 of 2019 dated 26.08.2019. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Judicial Magistrate No.II, Bhavani against two accused persons for offences under

Section 420 of IPC and Sections 4(1) and 76(1) of the Chit Funds Act. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) further submitted that the final report was taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Bhavani in C.C.No.31 of 2022. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) further submitted that the next date of hearing is fixed on 26.05.2022. Mr.S.Ravi, Inspector of Police, Komarapalayam, Namakkal District was present at the time of hearing.
