This petition is filed to amend the cause title of the respondent in the second appeal as the Executive Officer, Arulmighu Gangadeeswarar Temple, Purasawalkam, Chennai instead of Mr.Ramachandran, The Executive Officer, Arulmighu Gangadeeswarar Temple, Chennai in the above appeal.

2.Mr.B.Tamil Nidhi, learned counsel who undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.
