ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Crl.M.P.No.16250 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22615 of 2024 imposed in para 4 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on all Saturdays at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition in Crl.M.P.No.16250 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22615 of 2024 imposed in para 4 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on all Saturdays at 06:30 p.m., until further orders is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall appear as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 17.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police Thimmapettai Police Station, Thirupathur District.
