This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 656 days in re-presenting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 656 days in re-presenting the appeal is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is, otherwise, in order and list the same for admission on 16.06.2026.

4. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mrs.R.Meena, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.K.Myilsamy, learned counsel for 3rd respondent, in the cause list at the time of listing the matter.
