2. Considering the fact that the Detention Order has been passed on 17.07.2016 for a period of one year and also considering the fact that today is 19.07.2017, it is needless to say that the detention period has already expired and the relief sought in the petition cannot be granted.

3. In fine, this petition is dismissed.
