Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would state that a writ appeal filed against the order dated 17.03.2023 passed in the above W.P.No.2146 of 2015 is pending and an interim order was also granted in the Writ Appeal Nos.2053 and 2055 of 2024, until further orders, vide order dated 22.08.2024.

2. Since the interim order has been passed in the Appeal as against the order dated 17.03.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2146 of 2015, this Sub application is closed. Consequently, the Contempt Petition is closed at the DR stage itself.
