[RESPONDENTS] PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 4th respondent to get approval of the regularization from the 1st respondent and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to releasing the family pension and provident fund to the petitioner based on representation dated 06.01.2016.

O R D E R

The grievances of the writ petitioner is relating to the payment of retiral benefits and Family Pension.

2.The husband of he writ petitioner Late Mr.Ravichandran was working as Night Watchman and on completion of ten years of service, his services were regularised. Thereafter, the husband of the writ petitioner died on 25.11.2010. In order to get the retiral benefits and family pension, proposals were submitted by the fifth respondent to the fourth respondent and communications between the respondents were exchanged with regard to the proposals, however, till date no decision has been taken. The writ petitioner being a widow of the late Government Employee Ravichandran, is leading a miserable life and unable to maintain herself, has come forward with this Writ Petition.

3.In view of these factors, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ

petitioner on 6th January, 2016 and based on the proposals submitted by the fourth respondent, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
