Respondents Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to include the petitioner's name in the pension proposal of petitioner's husband late G.Sriramulu, Retd. Gang Mazdoor, Pension payment order PA III/IV/185-87 and consequently direct the third respondent to pay family pension arrears to her from the date of death of petitioner's husband upto date and continue to pay family pension every month till her life time within a time frame. ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing i.e. on 14.11.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the same was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
