2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on completion of enquiry, the respondent has registered an F.I.R in Crime No.2143/2016 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 323 of Indian Penal Code.
3. Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed.
