Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to delete the entry/cancel the Certificate of Registration of Marriage dated 06.08.2025 on the file of third respondent; Marriage Sl.No.TMR/Thiruvattar/382/2025 based on the dual entry of the marriages for fifth respondent with respondents 4 and 6 in the same Sub-Registrar Office, Thiruvattar in Kanyakumari District dated 18.08.2003 and 06.08.2025 respectively and this Court may be pleased to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against respondents 3 to 5 for fraud and suppression of facts, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2026.
