Prayer in all W.P.'s: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in connection with impugned assessment orders dated 12.08.2024, 14.08.2024 and 25.05.2023 vide Ref.Nos.ZD330824094243C, ZD330824124744D and ZD330523122047V and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and consequently directing the respondent to redo the assessment proceedings for the 2019-20 after giving full and fair opportunity to the petitioner as well as revocation of the blocking of access to funds from petitioner's bank account (IDFC Bank Account No.10008415367) which is with the second respondent.
