C.M.P.No.6560 of 2026 and W.A.SR.No.29642 of 2026 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.

and N.MALA,J.

[Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.] This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 31 days in preferring the intra-Court appeal.

2.

The appellant has attributed the delay to intra-departmental communications.

3.

The respondent has filed counter opposing the condonation of delay petition, stating that administrative delays due to workload cannot be a valid ground for condoning the delay.

4.

Since the delay in preferring the appeal is only 31 days and has been reasonably explained, the delay stands condoned. Accordingly, the petition seeking condonation of delay of 31 days is allowed.

[Dr.G.J., J.] & [N.M., J.] 15.06.2026 rpl Note: The Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter for admission.
