Mrs.M.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. The writ petition seeks relief against the Cooperative Society which is not a local or other authority within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner has to seek redressal under the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983. With such liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
