C.M.P.No.10473 of 2022 in A.S.No.216 of 2014 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, This application has been filed to bring on record the proposed 5th respondent Vasugi, being the legal heir of the deceased 2nd respondent Velayudham, as 5th respondent in the above appeal suit.

2. The learned counsel for respondents 1 and 3 has no objection in allowing this application. Hence, this application is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and issue notice to the newly impleaded party, returnable in three weeks.
