Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ, order or Direction in the nature of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the body of the detenu namely Murugan, aged about 30 years whose whereabout was not known and produce the detenu before this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that Mr.Murugan has been remanded to judicial custody by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri and now he is at Central Prison, Salem in connection with pending case.
