ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 63(a), 51 (a), 51(b) of copyrights Act, 1957, in Crime No.301 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocte (Crl.Side).

3. The case is infringement of the copyright alleging that the soap powder of the defacto complainant has been spuriously sold in the market infringing the copyright of the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits based on the complaint the investigating agency tried to serve summon to the petitioner , but, he is absconding the premises which alleged to have been used for manufacturing the spurious powder is under lock. Therefore, the investigating officer unable to proceed with the investigation. For the said reason, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal original petition is dismissed.
