ORDER
When the matter is taken up today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondentTamil Nadu Electricity Board submitted that the respondent has taken appropriate steps on 28.04.2015 and thereby complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23831 of 2014 dated 22.09.2014.

2. In view of the said submission, no contempt would lie.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent by suggesting alternative route for taking the service connection from his brother's house and the respondent may be directed to consider the said representation.
4. In view of the above submission, the respondent may consider the representation submitted by the petitioner after hearing both the parties and shall do the needful, if the same is feasible and within the rules and regulations and only if he is eligible.
5. With the above observation, this contempt petition is closed.
