ORDER

This petition has been filed to review the order dated 30.01.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.1782 of 2024, thereby directing the petitioner to revise the first respondent's pension from the date of his retirement by taking note of his entire service and disburse the arrears within a period of twelve weeks.

2. The first respondent filed the above Writ Petition for direction directing the petitioner and the second respondent to revise his pension from the date of retirement by taking note of his entire service. This Court by an order dated 28.03.2024, allowed the writ petition and also directed the petitioner to revise the first respondent's pension from the date of his retirement by taking note of his entire service and disburse the arrears within a period of twelve weeks. To review the said order, the present Review Application has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner raised so many grounds on merits, all the grounds raised by the petitioner are the grounds to challenge the order passed by this Court. This Court finds no apparent error on the face of records as such, the petitioner failed to make any grounds to review the order passed by this Court. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court finds no merits in this Review Application to review the order dated 30.01.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.1782 of 2024 . It is also made clear that while calculating the revised pension from the date of retirement by taking note of entire service of the first respondent, the petitioner shall bear the contribution to be paid to the pension trust.

5. Accordingly, the Review Application stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to cost.
