The petitioner has filed the present Miscellaneous Petition seeking to grant leave to file the revision against the order and decreetal order dated 14.02.2017 made in I.A. No. 1017 of 2016 in O.S. No.309 of 2007 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Vellore.

2. Counter affidavit has been filed by the second respondent. In paragraph 1 of the counter affidavit it is stated that nothing requires for adjudication.

3. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed and consequently the Civil Revision Petition is also closed at the SR stage itself. No costs.
