ORDER
This petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned
Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the enquiry was conducted, final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Nagapattinam. Therefore, no enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent.
4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
