Common Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to dispose petitioners representations dated 15.06.2022 and 10.10.2022 by sending proposal to 2nd and 3rd respondents for according necessary permission to promote the petitioners to the existing vacancy in the post of Junior Assistant as per Circular No.33/2022/sa.na.1 dated 29.12.2022 issued by the 1st respondent and bye-laws of the 4th respondent's society. (In both W.Ps') For petitioner : Mr.S.Pushpakaran For respondents : Mr.S.Ravikumar Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed for direction to the 4th respondent to dispose petitioners representations dated 15.06.2022 and 10.10.2022 by sending proposal to 2nd and 3rd respondents for according necessary permission to promote the petitioners to the existing vacancy in the post of Junior Assistant as per Circular No.33/2022/sa.na.1 dated 29.12.2022 issued by the 1st respondent and bye-laws of the 4th respondent's society.

Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representations dated 15.06.2022 & 10.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law in the light of the circular No.33/2022/sa.na.1 dated 29.12.2022 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.
