This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of F.I.R. in Crime No.576 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation in this case is over and final report was filed before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet. 3.In view of the completion of investigation and filing of final report, this Court is not inclined to quash the First Information Report in Cr.No.576 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent.
