ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of order and direction issued in W.P.No.31563

of 2014, dated 11.02.2015.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has produced a copy of the order passed by the District Collector dated 16.10.2016, stating that the petitioner should produce the challan to establish remittance.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a demand draft was given and there will be an acknowledgement or receipt which he will produce. Whatever proof is available with the petitioner shall be produced before the competent authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order and based on which, an order shall be passed effecting refund within two weeks thereafter.

The Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
